1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or scheduling services with Shockwave Garage Door Repair ("Shockwave," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or engage our services.

2. Services

Shockwave Garage Door Repair provides residential and commercial garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas. Specific services, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Service availability depends on technician scheduling and geographic coverage at the time of your request.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quote requests submitted through this website are estimates only and are not binding until a technician has assessed the job on-site. Final pricing is provided in writing before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed after receiving an on-site quote. Shockwave will not perform work without your explicit authorization.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, delays can occur due to prior job complexity, traffic, or other factors. We will contact you if a significant delay is anticipated.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least two hours before your appointment time by calling (512) 799-1245. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a service call fee for future bookings.

5. Warranty

Shockwave stands behind its work. Labor performed by our technicians is warranted against defects for 90 days from the date of service. Parts and components are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, which we will assist you in claiming. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Shockwave.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned-check fee. Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to a monthly late fee and referred to a collections agency.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shockwave's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Shockwave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage caused by pre-existing structural deficiencies not disclosed at the time of service.

8. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, or transmit any harmful or disruptive code. We reserve the right to refuse service or access to anyone for any lawful reason.
